🇮🇳 Share your experience to improve support services in India  🇮🇳

Reaching out for support can take courage - and many people in India face barriers when trying to do so. We want to better understand these challenges and improve how support is offered.

Charité University Medicine Berlin in collaboration with Don’t Offend India (DOI) is conducting interviews with people living in India to learn how support services can become more accessible, safe, and helpful.

By sharing your perspective, you can help understand what is helpful, what could be improved, and how support services can better reach and support others in the future.

About the interviews:

  • Participation is completely voluntary
  • Your decision to participate will not affect any potential future support from DOI
  • Your privacy and anonymity are protected

More details about the interviews are available here.

Shaping anonymous support – your input matters

We are developing video, audio, and text anonymization tools to enable anonymous access to help and support within the healthcare system. We are a group of researchers from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and other project partners, and we would like to hear your opinion on the features and requirements of these tools.
To do this, we are conducting an anonymous survey and hope that, with your help, we can develop a free and trustworthy service. If you would like to learn more or are willing to participate, you can find more information and the survey here.
